    mvan,

You are in the lounge, where we BS and talk about nothing. You need to go to the Malware Removal forum, see the READ AND RUN ME FIRST sticky thread, run the steps, and then, if you are still having problems, start a thread there for help.

    Best of Luck!! :wave:wave:wave

As brandypeppy said, if you still believe you are having problems with malware you will need to follow all steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide and start a new thread in Malware.

For now, I have moved your thread to Software.

    Hi.

We don't read hijack this logs here, so I can't help you as far as that goes. Alone, it just really isn't an effective tool to get rid of malware. It should be used in conjunction with other software.

What you should do if you would like help here is if you have access to another computer, download the applications you need from that computer onto a flash drive and try installing them on your computer from the flash drive using the exact intallation instructions listed in the procedure I linked you to. A lot of malware will not let installation of known removal products, so changing the .exe name is helpful in some cases.

    Hi.

Yes, you can try to have someone else download them and email them to you. It may work that you can follow all the instructions and get your computer in enough working order that you can at least use it while you are waiting on help from our malware people.

Another option that I don't normally recommend, because things can be lost and generally computers can be brought back from infection, is saving any data you have that you need and doing a re-installation of your operating system. We have volunteers who help out in our malware forum and it generally takes time between running all the scans, posting logs, and then going through the removal help once your thread comes up in the queue.

As Laura said the fastest way is to re-install your OS.
If you can save all your data to an external drive it would be the best option in your circumstance.

It all depends on how fast you need to be up and running.
