Mathematics exam

i know i only been here a few days but on wednesday this week (2nd november) I will be sitting my A.S Maths exam, the second of two papers for this year. it will be higher statistics. anyway, I have done some work for it (not as much as i would have liked) but if there are any religious people here on the forums, could you please pray that the exam goes well... I myself am Christian and am hoping that I can get through it with Gods help... thanks for the support..

I think the exam is at 8am my time (i am GMT +2)... I will only be replying on friday or saturday because i stay at school so if i don't reply and thank you for your support, its just because i am not at home...

I'll definitely send a few up for you. Make sure you use the time you have left before the exam to study.

 

I did that exam! Learn how to do hypothesis and you should be OK!

I didn't revise for mine a couple of weeks ago and I got a U!

I can pray along the lines of Psalm 37:4, but you have to demonstrate the desires of your heart to the Lord through hard work, grafting and revision.So get studying good I say, and watch the blessing flow when you come to sit the exam Wednesday

@ mPK! I wish you luck! I believe God answers prayers but it begins within you so don't forget to study hard and have a little faith in yourself.

 

Good luck...though luck and the intervention of a divine being are no replacement for study and attention to detail. I do in fact have confidence that anyone that puts thier mind and effort into any endeavor it can come up roses.

 

I wouldn't pray to God about Math, I'm fairly certain the Devil created it , but I'm sure if you study hard and concentrate with lots of sleep and a decent breakfast before hand you'll do fine

Hey, just curious, (again) you were born in England, correct? And moved to Africa, and you're a Christian, and your initials are mPK....does that stand for Missionary Preacher's Kid? Or is it just your initials?
I myself am a PK of sorts, and a Christian, so if I'm right, I'm a pretty good detective!

 

Our pastor is known as PK...not because of your reasoning Eric...his name is Keith....he's a pastor and we all call him PK He's really cool

 

well i was born in england. live in africa. my father is actually a farmer.. mPK is just a short item for my initials. never was creative enough to come up with an original handle...

 

Anyway dude how'd the exam go??

I had my retake maths today, went a little better I think I managed to scrape an F

 

well i said it was quite hard. don't know what i got. results only come in january coz it was worldwide exam item. if i didn't get an A then i will rewrite next june. coz the syllabus items i am doing, if you get a B now, then write the second year exam and get an A, you might only get a B overall coz they combine the results (using percents and watever). so i wanna do the best i can and if i have to rewrite in june then so be it. just would rather i get an A now!

 

Forget the math......I wanna know how it went with the fitty last night lol
