I'm having difficulty finding the driver I need for my matsonic ms8308ep266 (sis730 chipset) motherboard driver so I can use the agp slot. The matsonic website is useless and I've found info on a driver called agp(gart) sis driver , but I think it's for the onboard graphics. Does this motherboard even need drivers for the agp?

Yes you'll need the AGP ( Gart ) Driver installed to see your AGP Graphics Card when installed, if you're using onbaord GFX at present their is two ways in which the new AGP card will install,

you will need to un-install the current Graphics Card drivers....

    1. Just plug the new AGP card in the slot and the motherboard will recognise it and switch over to support the AGP card.

    2. You will need to disable the on-board graphics via the Bios.
