MAxtor HDD refuses to mount

    HI y'all!

    I have a problem with one of my 12 hard drives. The issue is that no matter what the jumper setting is, the drive refuses to mount in my enclosure. I know its not the enclosure because as i wrote this i was using it to format a 40 gb drive. Any help would be useful. I am a low level nerd who specializes in storage devices so HDD+refusal to mount= Bad drive.
