Maybe a Repeat ?

    I posted this problem sometime ago and someone helped me, but I'm having the same problem and I can't find the solution. Thought I wrote it down, but lost it.
    I have lost "Help and Support" and "System Information". I believe that the person that helped me before said that it is caused sometimes by running Ccleaner. Could someone help me? I believe that part of the solution was to click Run and type something, but have forgotten the rest. Thanks in advance.
