Maybe this goes here?

I posted in malware section of this site, and I was told maybe I needed to go into this If I remember. Anyway's maybe we shall start in a new way.

I came back here because I got the blue screen - said"something about driver" dumping memory, and to restart or if it kept doing it (then check it out). Anyways I finally was able to go into the computer in a random login. Anyways I did avg 8 scan, spybot N distroyed, and eventually few others and some random registry cleaner, I seen on another forum. Anyways My computer is really slow. Starting it up.. takes long time... Sits there on loading windows.. Then opeing anything like firefox or msn is really slow and log pauses. Alot of times I do something, and have to wait quite a while. Sometimes tho my websites like this site. Is pretty fast, so I don't think it's everything just something in my computer maybe (thats why I was sent here maybe).

I am sure I had some sort of bad virus, trojan, etc... I looked on sites (where they post what is known to be bad or a virus) and alot of stuff I found on my computer "inside" had those titles.. and so Iam sure Iam infected some how or another. But right now I want to try to figure out Why my computer is running slow. All I did was shut down computer.. unplug from wall for 2 minutes.. plug it back in(waited for dsl to load up) started computer, then it came to main screen and 30 seconds later - goes to blue window saying error. and stopped before doing more dmg. it no longer says that but its still slow...

So what do you guys need to know(or I can do to try to show and get help on making it faster and finding what could be the problem), I did delete stuff that avg, and reg cleaner and spybot found too. And I cant do system restore.. so I dont know. Any helps.
