MBM problems ! Help please

Hello.
I have just upgraded to the following.
I have just upgraded system to.
AMD athlon 64 3400+
Gigabyte 3D rocket pro cooling.
Gigabyte K8NS pro MB
X1 200 gig Maxtor internal HD
X1 160 gig Maxtor internal HD
X1 80 gig Maxtor internal HD
X1 80 gig Maxtor external USB HD
Antec Server case.
650w triple fan PSU
X2 front fans
X2 rear fans
X1 HDD fan
X1 exhaust
DVD - RW
DVD ROM
For some reason when I install MBR it gives me really high readings.
My temps are good at 30 c on idle . MBM says about 120 c and sets alarms ringing.
MBR used to work fine with my old set up.
And now I miss it.
The MB is in the list, maybe it has issues....any advice on how to correct MBM please.
