mdelk.exe

First i will apologize for making a new thread on a topic i see is already covered however this circumstance seems to be a little different.
This started out what i thought was a media codec type infections and has simply grown and grown rendering my PC useless for battlefield2.
I use AVG 8.0 which i love but it found this iworm/bagle in the form of mdelk.exe.
I have tried to follow all the instruction provided by many forums however not happening the way it should. Under ctrl alt del there is no mdelk.exe task or process to shut down or at least it is not self evident how it appears. I have even tried doing it through msdos with no avail. I cannot rename file nore rename another file to match it or restrict its access.
I have never seen a worm so damn aggresive and it has also given me the drivers down, rosa all the other crap that goes along with it. IT has completely attacked my sound card and the strangest this is when it first happened i restarted maching and it started playing anti bush music (which i dont mind) very loudly, i searched for the wave file and couldnt locate it however AVG at least killed that issue. IF someone has another way to kill this little bugger or atleast have the home address of the creator i would be ever grateful....lol
