Meat Cleavers?

    Looking for a nice, reasonably priced cleaver to add to my collection. I got a pulled pork recipe I want to try real soon and this would make life a whole lot easier when trying to cut things up.

    Anyone have any size or brand recommendations? I'm also hoping I can just drop into a store and grab one but not opposed to ordering one online if it's a crazy good deal.

    I have a set of Global knives but without the cleaver, i got that from my father in law who worked in an abattoir.

    They are fantastic knives and stay sharp forever, but as you say not cheap.
