Media Center crashing :(

Hello there,

My computer is relatively new, bought 4 months ago. What bothers me now is this problem I encounter when I open the Media Center program to view my films and listen to music. It all worked fine until 3 or 4 weeks ago. All it says is: "Generating crash report" and then then usual "Send Report" or "Do not send" dialogue window.

It usually worked after the second or 3rd restart of the program but now I want to play some films I downloaded from Sky and it shuts down seconds after opening it.

Now, I have the recovery disk that comes with the computer. If there isn't any other way to fix it, I would like to know how I can copy the program again, or maybe download it off the internet.
