media pad

so im not sure what you can really call it but anyways i have an acer aspire 6920g touch pad audio doesnt work well the volume is fine i cant pause of play except the odd occasion i can pause once then thats it i cant mute or anything not sure if this is the actually driver or software and if it is im not really sure what i need to download if you see the acer site with the name of there drivers and stuff would love to know if anyone could possibly solve this problem for me thanks!

sounds alot like a hardware issue, as the software doesn't control the buttons. how long have you had the laptop?

 

ive had it for about a year and sending me back to the site isnt much help since im not really sure which driver i need to get because its not the touchpad driver cause thats for the mouse and there isnt any other driver for the mouse if it is the media pad driver
