Media Player won't download album info.

    Hello,

    I have an issue with Media Player 11. When a CD is inserted it just says unknown artist for the tracks. I have verified all the obvious settings and can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

    If those are burned tracks or other than proprietary track sources, that might be why. Or are you playing original factory type discs?

    They are factory pressed disks.

    i never botherd with album art but maybe your tags arnt providing enough info for media player to find the album art and such
