Media share issue

OS Windows 7 pro 64, all updates current, AV Kaspersky Small Office ( had this problem with no AV installed )

I have one computer, the one mentioned about that will not share media files. 4 other computers on the network will share, including 2 XP, and 1 windows 7 home edition.

I have sharing setup correctly, I'm sure of that. I un-installed and re-installed Media Player 12, deleted media libraries, re-created them. I have media sharing running as well as UPNP,. I tried turning off firewall, un-installing AV, I've even ran the MajorGeeks tuneup tweak, latest version. I've looked for this computer in the media player in all my networked computers and it will not list the media. In the advanced media sharing option I can see this computer and made sure it is on the approved list.

Does anyone have any ideas on where else I can look to resolve this not-so-important issue. I am at the point of being angry, not because I need it, but it's now more of a refusal to surrender.
