   hi,I am going to up grade mem.from 128kb to 512md,also winme to winxp.I have a dell desktop 4100.My question is ,should I do the mem.upgrade first or me to xp or dosn't it matter? Thanks a lot-edmon

   I would install the memory first, as XP will instal quicker, and run better,as 512mb is a good starting point -128 might struggle.
