Quick and hopefully simple question about memory and speed

I bought G-Skill DDR2 which is rated at Bus Clock: 800 MHz.

    When I run CPU-Z I get a DRAM Freq of 400 MGz CPU-Z info

Is my memory running slower then it should be?

What MHz does your board support, also did you check in the bios to see what the setting are?

I am running a nforce 680i SLI. And I have no idea where to look in my BIOS.

BIOS is a Phoenix Technologies, 6.00 PG

    My mobo can support

SLI-Ready Memory (MHz) with EPP 800 MHz
