memory software

what is the best memory software to use. what do u use? Is defraging ram better to have than just optimizing ram, better in speeding up your pc and surfing.

 

I have in the past used a little program "Fast Memory Defrag" which seemed to work pretty well.

The only good use for a memory manager that I've found is to optimize just before starting a program or game. All it does is move RAM to the swap file. Therefore, you will have more RAM available to your program or game. If you must have one, I would recommend setting it up for manual optimization only.
If it is set at auto, it is constantly putting your faster RAM into a slower swap file, usually during low CPU usage. It uses some memory also; and every time it optimizes, it causes a slow down.
