    Where is the best and least expensive place to buy a 1gig memory?

    I found a kit at Crucial for $59.99 is that a good buy. I am upgrading my daughters PC for her and cant afford to spend a lot of money.

    I upgraded my memory a couple of years ago but forgot where I bought it,

    It is for a Gateway 500XL series
    Midtorew case w/250Wa.
    Systemboard Intel 805G Chip
    512MB 400MHz DDR SDRAM 2-256M

    I hope that is enough info.
    Appreciate any help would like to get this done for Christmas.:)
