Ok I did make a post about random reboots I've been having so I did Memtest86 (Windows) and Memtest86+ (Dos-like)

When I run Memtest86 in Windows, I get about 6 errors in the first 10 minutes. Last night I let Memtest86+ run for about an hour and a half, it did 4 passes with no errors.
    So my question is:
Is my random rebooting an issue with Windows as I get RAM errors in Windows, because when I test prior to Windows booting, I get NO errors.
