Merge Outlook Calendars

Anybody know how to merge the events on a calendar in a personal folder with the events on another calendar in Outlook 2003 without doing it manually? Thanks in advance!

 

You can export your calendar to a PST using the 'Import and Export' function on the file menu. Then you simply have to import that PST into the destination client! To do so, please do the following:

1. On the source client, select the 'File' menu
2. Select 'Import and Export'
3. Select 'Export To A File'
4. Press the 'Next>' button
5. Select 'Personal Folder File (.pst)'
6. Press the 'Next>' button
7. Select 'Calendar'
8. Press 'Browse' and navigate to a location that can be seen by the destination client
9. Press 'Finish'
10. Press 'OK'

This will save your calendar in the location you specified. Next, we'll have to import it into the destination client. To do so, please do the following:

1. On the destination client, select the 'File' menu
2. Select 'Import And Export'
3. Select 'Import From Another Program Or File'
4. Press the 'Next>' button
5. Select 'Personal Folder File (.pst)
6. Press the 'Next>' button
7. Press the 'Browse' button and navigate to where you saved your file
8. Press the 'Next>' button

From here it should be a snap to get outlook to automatically re-create your calendar items!
