    In Sweden Christmas is celebrated on the 24th. I am of course insisting that we honour this tradition now that I've moved to the US, so we open a gift each on Christmas Eve(-ning), eat tasty holiday snack foods, and drink tasty glögg. :yum

    For those of you unable to type umlauts into Google:

    Glögg is a traditional Swedish Christmas/winter drink, and it's basically heated spiced wine. It can be either red or white, but red is by far more popular. It's very effective for keeping you warm during cold winter evenings... :wine
