Messenger Service!? Uggh

    I really need help with this. I've no idea how to get rid of this annoying thing. Every 15 or 20 mins a little popup box come up on the screen saying that I should download something from certain websites to get rid of the spyware on my computer. This is very frustrating if I'm watching a movie or something. Its just a little box but its always on top so you have to close it before you can do anything! Please help me!
