Weapons just get nastier...

 

Actually metal storm has been around for a while (defined as 5 or more years by myself). You want real strangeness there are prototypes of pain rays being tested right now. Basically very high frequency microwaves that stimulate nerve endings directly. Turn the beam off and there is no damage, turn it on and the reciepient feels like they're on fire.

With all the press about torchure, the gov. is going to love this one.

 

Yeh seen metal storm a few years ago,the pistol is nothing compared to the 40mm grenade launching system,theres a weapons tech show called future weapons on discovery which show slow motion footage on the launcher firing and the explosive rounds hitting a hard target,it was awsome.I'll try and dig up some clips
