MG Malware Removal Results - Help please

My HP desktop, running 32 bit Windows xp service pack 2. I sell online so normal browsing is Ebay, Amazon, google to look up items. I don't download or play games, no Facebook or Twitter, I pay bills online.

PROBLEM: Noticed icons disappeared, or stopped working, windows search box disappeared....settings changed on its own - file and printer sharing was turned on -not by me, programs didn't open.
Various services turned off now couldn't start again: windows firewall, could not access event log or device manager, the error message was "not registered" or just had no access.

:cryTRIED TO FIX: Ran HP recovery and got back some things but can't use system info - firewall still not able to turn on - got into windows services and device manager but can't see dependencies.
Bought Comodo Internet Pro but it won't update, thEIR GEEK BUDDY COULD NOT FIX THAT even when they remoted into my PC.
Now internet explorer icon disappeared, each time I open it it freezes and closes -
Now I feel like things are happening I can't see like the desktop isn't a real view like usual.

MG MALWARE REMOVAL Proceedure Results:
Downloaded and ran DeFogger
Ran CC Cleaner
TURNED OFF COMODO COMPLETELY. I COULD NOT DOWNLOAD ROGUEKILLER and make it work. MG TOOLS WON'T WORK EITHER. The download shows a size but the Icon box is blank and WILL NOT RUN. IT SHOWED ON MY C DRIVE IN DOWNLOADS AND THEN IT WAS GONE!!! Tried to download it on another computer scan disk, the Icon was there but when I plugged the scandisk into my computer, I got the blank Icon and it will not run.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - ran and fixed
TDSkiller - downloaded UNZIPPED from MG site and ran
Hitman Pro - downloaded and ran
