    Hi, I bought this hub.

    http://www.cooldrives.com/sahub5muussi.html

It doesn't work. I wrote to the manufacturer and the response that I received was:

In case the link doesn't open, this is what it says on the website:

I was given a 3124 driver to install in my pc so that it would work.

I'd like to hear what anyone thinks. It cost me $139.00. Given the fact that I was given a 3124 driver to install and then receiving their response, I'm confused.

Can I just install a 3726 driver so that it will work?

Are you 100% sure that it is a working unit? Might it be defective?

Have you tried checking your motherboard manufacturer's website for any SATA driver updates?

    Best of luck!

I'm trying to find out if it's defective, if I need a driver, or if it's not compatible with my computer's components.

I looked all around the SiI site and installed the 3124_x64_11130_logo driver.

Is there no one to let me know if the hub is compatible with my computer components/software, or if a driver is needed?
