I can't figure out what to do here... I have read and ran the Malware section categorically on other computers two or three times prior to this without problems.
I have ran all tools to the point of the MG Tools and it just won't run. I have read and followed all the instructions shown for problems with MG installation and installed all the tools as mentioned for various MG installation problems.
When I right click GetLogs.Bat my screen quickly flashes what appears to be a box about 3 inches high and 2/3s the width of my 17" screen.

    I'm at a loss?????????? :-o

Please attach the other 4 logs from the READ & RUN ME and explain why you are running the cleaning process to begin with. Also what version of Windows are you running? If Vista or Win 7, have you disabled UAC and rebooted? Is your antivirus program disabled?

This laptop HP Presario dv8000 with Windows XP Home Edition: it was dropped and the screen doesn't work. I have decided to use it as my desktop cpu as I can't afford to repair it. In doing this I am bringing everything up to date and cleaning it before I begin to use it.
First off... when you start it up, whether safe or regular start, whether in admin or another user there is always a screen comes up (see picture) right after the initial boot screen.
I ran HJT and the log is attached.
I then ran Malwarebytes and the log from the 4th of April is attached.
I ran M-Bam and SAS in both safe mode and regular in admin and my user name.
SAS found a bunch of typical adware junk, and a virus which as I was using a flash drive I have now unfortunately lost. I believe it was Win32: Trojan-gen???
I thus decided to run the MG Malware section as it has worked well everytime in the past.
I have thus attached logs from SAS, MBam, ComboFix and root repeal.

I do not have any cds for this puter so I must rely on whatever recovery I can do from the HD.

Not a malware issue. Uninstall all trial ware.

Looks like Malwarebytes took care or malware but I would like to see if we can get an MGtools log.

Please click Start, Run, and enter cmd and click OK. This will open a command prompt window. Enter the below commands at the command prompt each followed by the enter key. The bold black are commands. The purple is merely informational.

cd \MGtools <-- this changes to the MGtools folder and the prompt should change to C:\MGtools>
GetRunKey <-- this will try to run all one scan from MGtools. Tell me what error messages, if any, you see.
ShowNew <-- this will try to run all another scan from MGtools. Tell me what error messages, if any, you see.
NwkTst <-- this will try to run all another scan from MGtools. Tell me what error messages, if any, you see.
