I followed the clean-up but I already have Webroot. Do I need to download another spyware (Spybot)?

If not here is my MGlog

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

If you have followed the READ & RUN ME you need to attach the logs that were requested. HijackThis was not what was requested.

What malware problems are you having or is your question only about what tools to use?

Really both. I ran the MGTool and when I went to the folder I put it in, the only log file was the one attached.

    Did I miss something?

Found it. It was under a different folder.

The READ ME tells you that the log file is C:\MGlogs.zip
It is not in the C:\MGtools folder.

Also the READ ME cleaning steps begin with ComboFix and AVG Antispyware. Where are those logs?

You did not answer my question

    That was my twofold question.

Is it OK to run the others even though I am running Webroot Spysweeper?

Recently, I have had two emails get sent about thirty times to the recipient. I was told I may have malware or mailbot?

If it is ok to run the other programs I will.

Yes it is okay to run the other programs!

Is your copy of Spy Sweeper a paid version or a trial version?

    Paid for subscription.

Running the other tools now. Will repost the zip after that.

    Thanks

In what you have posted thus far, I see no malware. However you should do the below.

Uninstall the below old versions of software:
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
    Java(TM) 6 Update 2
    SearchAssist

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\jusched.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.
