Following the step-by-step directions in the READ & RUN guide, I have arrived at Step 3, Windows XP Cleaning Procedure. I am unable to download and save MGTools.exe. As other members have noted, when I attempt the download, I repeatedly am directed to log in. From reading other posts, I followed the advice to "Make sure that when you log into Major Geeks that you put a check into the Remember Me box." Although the box is checked, I still cannot gain access to MGTools.exe. Any assistance would be appreciated...

Tried again for the umpteenth time, and it worked. Thanks for reading the post anyway. If I could figure out how to delete or edit it, I would.

I am assuming that you are having malware issues. Have you tried downloading the tools to another computer and trasferring to the infected system?

We need to see the requested logs in order to assist you.

Thanks. I will try that and revert.
