    I am running XP.

When I double click on the MGTools.exe it creates an MGTools folder in my C driver as well as creating a ton of files within it but it does not automatically run anything else.

I am running it according to the instructions on this page: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=137630

I cannot see anything that I can do when nothing actually happens.

I have taken the other steps asked and am hoping to create my thread soon with all logs attached as requested.

Any suggestions as to what I can do with MGTools?

Try running the GetLogs.bat file in the MGTools folder to get it to create the logs.

If it will not work then attach what logs you can get.

Note for MGTools. If using Vista or Windows 7 locate the GetLogs.bat file in the MGTools folder and right click on it and select Run As Administrator. This should begin the scan process.
