   Good Morning,
   
   I've started all over again attempting to clean out what is causing my continuous connection problem.
   
   So, I started by attemping the download of MGTools. I immediately get words to the effect that "Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working And Needs To Exit." Naturally, MGTools will not download without IE.
   
   Have looked around the forum but haven't run across this exact problem.

   You should start with running scans with SUPERantispyware and Malware Bytes. Then onto the rest...
   
   

   Why not try a different browser then... or failing that use another PC to download it, then transfer onto your PC to run.
