   Hi there,
   
   Not sure if i'm doing anything wrong, i'm following the Malware removal procedure, when i get to downloading mgtools.exe it asks me to login, i do so ticking the remember me box, but when i click login it just takes me back to the login page. I can login to the rest of the site quite ok though.

   As long as you are clicking the Remember me check box and selecting to download or save the file (not Open or Run) you should be okay. I suggest deleting cookies and flushing your browser cache. If that does not help, try another browser.
