Micro Stuttering, Drivers

Have big problem which i cant solve for a long time. Getting micro stutters in games, i usually play fps game cs:go. How i tried to fix: bios update, drivers update, Installed fresh OC about 5 times, sfc scan, xbox dvr off, xmp enable/disable and more, i dont remember everything i did because i tried to fix it for about 2 months. Looks like it has to be display driver, but i install and unistall him with DDU many times, something wrong.. Its driving me crazy, dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP! and sorry for my English.
