Microsft Works problem

    XP home, SP1

    Was able to open Microsoft Works the other day to write a paper, but now when I try to open a saved document or Microsoft Works it does not let me. It doesn't open and a box pops up that say, "Insufficient sysyem resources exist to complete the requested service."


    Any suggestions?

    You may have a corrupt document template.

    Do a search for normal.dot, delete it and reboot then try again.

    If not, try reinstalling Works.

    BTW, what are your system specs, operating system and works version etc?
