Microsoft AntiSpyware

    Have tried to download it from different sites. Get the same error message. "Error Reading Initialization File" Have tried downloading it to my computer and installing, and still the same error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I doubt that this is a malware problem. It sounds like you are not getting a complete download file. Can you download other programs and do they install. For example try the below:

    SpyBot - Search & Destroy

    Yes I can download and install any other file/program. I have spybot S&D Just wanted to install this one, as it is the only one that catchs that dang one that hijacks your browser. I have tried turning off all my anti virus/firewalls etc.

    Are you having hijacker problems? If so, perhaps you need to run our full cleaning procedures.
