Hi, I read your threads about downloading a program to fix this malware, but my problem is that I can't download anything. I can't run anything. I tried SafeBoot and it crashes before I can do anything. I tried last known good configuration and it crashes at the login screen when I try to Ctrl+Alt+Delete to log in as administrator.

What happens when I log in on a user account is that it automatically pops up (as it loads on startup) and I am unable to run any other program. Even Task Manager gets denied with a popup saying "disabled by administrator" so I can't kill the processes manually. I click the Start Button and nothing happens.

I would really prefer not to format so I was wondering if you knew another way around this? Maybe something I could run through command prompt? I'm stumped on where to even start to remove this. :cry

I would suggest that if possible, the first thing you should do is to copy all your personal data and files to a cd.

You can try transfering via cd the MGTools.exe as instructed in the:
READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

Then rename it to C:\MGTools.com and see if it will run. We really can not help you unless we can get some logs and see what is happening in your system.
