Microsoft Office

I was trying to clean up my computer to deal wiht the graphics issue I am having and accidentally deleted Microsoft office. I was past my trial period, but could still use the programs, now I cant even open my files. Should I just do a new trial and let it expire is is there a free older version of office? I just want excel and word, dont need any of their other programs.

I guess you could try and reinstall a new trial and see if it continues to work for you. If not there is https://www.microsoft.com/en-ww/microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web , If you need offline use, you can try LibreOffice, WPS Office, and few other free suits that work very well.
