What does that mean? The whole message reads:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

    /shared/login.asp, line 23

I'm trying to log onto a website I visit daily. Please tell me this is something on their end and not mine.

    That's server-side.

Technically, the IIS-ASP server can't connect to the MySQL database server that's storing the dynamic content that the IIS-ASP server is trying to generate, so it sends an error page to the IIS-Web server, which it then sends to your browser as a response to you page request. Either the database query is wrong in the ASP file, or the database table storing the relevant information is damaged or otherwise inaccessible.

Error 80004005 is "Data could not be accessed".
