microsoft outlook problems

I have an error coming up when I try to get into Microsoft Outlook and it tells me to run scanpst.exe to repair, but the link only works with M/O 2010 Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE14 folder. Mine only has Office 12. How can I get this.

 

You already have it. It's located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12

 

I have tried, don't know where to find it. My sister suggested Firefox may have caused some link to be disabled, is this possible?:confused
