Microsoft Outlook

I cant open my outlook. When I try to open it an error comes up saying"Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting outlook in safe mode will help detect problems" So I click yes to start in safe mode and it wont start. I have to use task manager to shut it down.
I tried going to safe mode myself and starting it but it doesnt work there either.
I've shut down and rebooted several times and it just hangs up....I need help I really need to have this for work.
