When typing an address in emails there is a list of addresses that Outlook remembers. Is there anyway to get to that list????confused and edit it or save it to a folder???

    Thanks,

Microsoft Outlook creates a NickName file which it builds up over time and stores email addys you have sent to or recieved from.

Search your computer for *.NK2 files and copy any you find to a safe location (so we don't mess up the actual one)

    Download http://www.nk2.info/download/current/NK2.info.zip

Extract the zip file to a location where you will be able to find it and run NK2.info.exe

Once running select file and then open and open the nk2 file you saved and it will allow you to export the data!

You need to make sure you search hidden and system files too!

Goto Tools --> Folder Options and enable viewing of hidden files and folders

Then in the search box click advanced and make sure you have checked search hidden files and search in system folders.
