First off im trying to make it so i can use email on Microsoft Outlook

    1. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
    2. Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
    3. Select the e-mail server used for your account, and then click Next. Note If you are setting up an MSN e-mail account, click POP3 for MSN Internet Access version 5.3 or earlier, for MSN Explorer, click HTTP.
    4. In the appropriate boxes, type the information given to you by your Internet service provider or administrator.
I got stuck on steps 3 and 4.

I have an MSN and Yahoo acount i want to use. Which should i choose for each Microsoft Exchange Server, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, or Additional Server Types.
What is the Incoming mail server (IMAP) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP)

    Thanks alot

That would be the IP address or host name of the servers you are trying to use. You will have to get this information from whomever administers these servers!
