Microsoft reinstalled Cortana with latest update

Look through the list of apps the latest update reinstalled apps that i removed 4 months ago.

 

2026-05 Security Update (KB5089549)

this was forced.

 

In which OS version was this? It didn't happen here.

 

Here either. Hmmm, Cortana is not in the change log for KB5089549.

Cortana was reinstalled as well.

I had uninstall it again.

New Microsoft teams was all so reinstalled.

In the last two updates.It had to been one of these 3...All those apps i removed were reinstalled.

Am i getting sick of this.

I think it was this one Xbox mode is new.It was not on my system.

I don't have a Xbox so why do i need these services...I don't.
