Microsoft seen having iPod rival

    Microsoft will start selling a digital music and video player to compete with Apple Computer's iPod by the holiday shopping season, sources close to the matter said Wednesday.

    but you have still the choice in mac to have two OS (one is win xp)
    but i think you know what is the "bad" about mac, some programs and games (your favorite games) cant be install in ma)

    Problem is, buying a Mac and then putting XP on it is no different than buying a PC and putting XP on it. In each case Microsoft sold one copy of XP. Microsoft doesn't make the PC so no loss for them there. Also, many people buy Office for their Mac too - another Microsoft program. It's not as easy to get away from Microsoft as it seems. Really, adding bootcamp to Macs just increased Microsoft's product sales. If you really don't like Microsoft and don't want to give them any money, then don't buy anything they sell. So no XP or Office for your Mac.
