Microsoft Shared Fax....

Hi all,
I am trying to set up this service on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise and all clients running XP Pro. I am able to send/receive from the fax server with no problems. I am even able to see all of the faxes received from any client computer, so most of it is set up correctly. However, when I get to the clients and try to send, it won't do anything. When I right-click the shared fax printer in the control panel and click properties, it says that the Microsoft Shared fax driver is not installed.
I thought it was just the machine, so I went to another Windows Server 2003 Enterprise machine, and did the same process as I was doing for the clients, and it worked flawlessly. I could send from that server to the fax server and everything works. However, I went and tried configuring another XP client, and it doesn't work. Same as the other XP client.
I'm not sure why it works on the other server, but not XP Pro?

Seems to be a modem problem, hope this link helps.

Thanks for the link, however, I have already looked at that and I don't think it applies to me. I only have the modem installed on the fax server and no other computers, even the other server where it worked fine.

Do I have to setup the modem sharing client like SBS 2000? If so, I'm trying to do that, but when I do the netmodem use \\servername portion, it doesn't find the server, even though it's there, can be pinged, and can be mapped through Windows.
