    automatic updates gave me the option to install it or not, I chose never to. I can understand how someone would just install it without checking, assuming it was critical, or atleast necessary, but I think most people with computer experience check what updates they are installing.
    What's funny is that automatic updates still work;)

    Remove the WGAVT download ?... Re: Microsoft Sued Over Anti-Piracy

    Somehow I downloaded the "Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool" but have not 'installed' it yet.
    Is there a way to delete the download... or if installed to delete the WGAVT altogether ?
