Microsoft Visual C# & SQL 2005, 2008, 2010 uninstall/install

I would like to eliminate as much unnecessary software as possible and start fresh with a functional Visual C#2010 and SQL 2010. In the past I had purchased a Visual C# book that came with a CD of Visual C# 2005 Express Edition. It worked well enough for my use on the computer I was using at that time. I have attached a screen shot of software currently installed (some of which I know I added recently - unwisely). My system information is also attached in a second file.

Please advise what I can uninstall and delete. Also, the CD included with the 2005 book had SQL included. If I purchase a similar 2010 book will the loaded contents of the CD provide full functionality. My interest is in working with Fractals. I know there are features now included to facilitate coding of work with Fractals but I don't know whether an Express version of Visual C# and SQL are sufficient.
