Microsoft Windows 10 Images

Please bear with me as I really don't know the correct terms for naming this things this question is about. I have Windows 10 and when I switch on my PC a picture comes up on the screen before I even log in. Sometimes, but not all the time, I get the option of clicking on words which are phrased something like, 'If you like this picture and want to see more click here'. If I do that, once I have logged on Microsoft Edge launches itself (even though it is not my default browser) and brings up the image.

The image that's coming up at the moment is something I think is really beautiful and I would like to do three things with it. First, I would like to click on it so that when I log on it comes up in Microsoft edge. But, this image is not giving my that option, so is there anything I can do to be able to get the image? Secondly, if possible if I could get the image I would like it to be permanently there when switch on my PC. Is that possible? Thirdly, especially if the second is not possible, I would like to make it my desktop image. I know I can do this, I just need to be able to get the image.
