Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1

    i need help! with Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1 it wont install i think it says the problem is that the file D:\j386\WINNTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL doesnt exist, i need urgent help with this so please some one help, i tryed googling it and i dotn understand it so please help.

    i have a and hplaptop, its a Windows XP Home Edition SP2

    This thread is pretty old. Please note the date before replying.

    In addition its silly to download individual files from a site when you can simply reinstall from the source(MS).
