    ohh yeah i noticed that and i just block it with ZA but what happens after a while your update balloon pops back up asking for you to reinstall it because i guess they think you took it off, since it can not communicate. it really pisses me off. this is just too far, i understand if it validated once a month with regular updates that's fine but not every time i start my computer.

    Disable it!!!! .......sorry my ire is showing ....tired of "big brother" telling me what I can do and when to do it!!!

    how, without is wanting to reinstall itself? originally MS said that you could uninstall this tool but now if you go to add/remove the uninstall is gone.
