MIDI Utility

    I need a program that will edit MIDI files. I have full MIDI songs, but I need to cut them so I have a 30 second clip from of the song to put as background music for a project I'm doing. I don't need to do anything else to the file besides cutting it to make a 30 second clip. Can anyone recommend software to do this. I would prefer freeware, but if none is available I guess I'll buy some. Any suggestions?
