MIFI and a RJ45

    I would like to run two networks, internet access from a Verizon MIFI and print from a local network and access the server on the local network. When i connect the rj45 cable that is connected to the local network it disconnects the MIFI connected wirelessly. I have heard there is a setting in Windows 7 that can be set that allows both to be active. I have heard LMHOST files but i dont think that accomplishes what i want.
